The Business Development Director at Track Garantie will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by developing strong partnerships with automotive retailers. This strategic, hands-on role involves prospecting, client retention, and adapting sales strategies in a constantly evolving market.
This individual will actively contribute to the expansion of Track Garantie — including into Ontario — while fully embodying the company’s human and innovative values.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related relevant field
At least 7 years of proven experience in B2B business development
Experience in the automotive or financial services sector
Excellent communication skills
Experienced negotiator, able to close strategic deals
Proven ability to build and maintain a trusted network
Knowledge of the automotive market and emerging trends, with a network of contacts in the industry
Strong English skills, both spoken and written
