The company

A province-wide organization whose mission is to support entrepreneurial diversity across Quebec is currently seeking three board members to help advance its mission.

The role

As a board member, you will play a strategic and meaningful role. You will directly contribute to supporting entrepreneurs from ethnocultural diversity and highlighting their impact on Quebec’s economic development.

The right fit

Three distinct profiles are being sought:

Expertise in Human Resources

Experience in talent management, employee retention, and labor relations
Strong knowledge of Quebec labor standards, particularly in a nonprofit context
Ability to support leadership in optimizing HR practices and fostering a healthy, professional work environment

Entrepreneurial Experience and Strategic Management

Proven entrepreneurial background, ideally within a diversity-focused context
Understanding of the strategic challenges faced by organizations that support entrepreneurs
A clear vision for economic development and business inclusion

Audit or Financial Management

Experience in finance, auditing, or management control within a nonprofit setting
Strong understanding of applicable accounting standards
Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to financial transparency
