Three distinct profiles are being sought:

Expertise in Human Resources

• Experience in talent management, employee retention, and labor relations
• Strong knowledge of Quebec labor standards, particularly in a nonprofit context
• Ability to support leadership in optimizing HR practices and fostering a healthy, professional work environment

OR

Entrepreneurial Experience and Strategic Management

• Proven entrepreneurial background, ideally within a diversity-focused context
• Understanding of the strategic challenges faced by organizations that support entrepreneurs
• A clear vision for economic development and business inclusion

OR

Audit or Financial Management

• Experience in finance, auditing, or management control within a nonprofit setting
• Strong understanding of applicable accounting standards
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to financial transparency
