Invisible Colors is a global creative production studio designed for speed, scale, and precision. Senior‑led and specialist‑powered, the studio delivers in‑house‑quality creative output without overhead. Invisible Colors is part of the NYH network.

The role

The 3D Experiential Designer transforms strategic and creative direction into compelling spatial environments. The role involves designing and modeling trade‑show and experiential spaces, producing high‑quality 3D visuals that support internal alignment and client presentations. The designer also prepares production‑ready technical documentation and collaborates with fabrication partners to ensure that concepts are feasible and accurately executed. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with graphic, motion, and video teams to integrate all content elements seamlessly, ensuring cohesive, on‑brand environments ready for installation.

The right fit
  • 3+ years designing trade show booths, retail environments, pop‑ups, or experiential installations;
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong concepts and real‑world execution;
  • High proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering, and ability to produce fabrication‑ready documentation (CAD or equivalent);
  • Strong understanding of materials, structural constraints, AV integration, lighting, and on‑site build realities;
  • Experience with modular booth systems;
  • Familiarity with trade‑show regulations and constraints;
  • Experience with interactive and tech‑forward experiences (touchscreens, sensors, AR/VR, projection, generative content);
  • Ability to support multiple shows concurrently and work in fast pitch cycles.
