The role

Reporting to the Chief Talent and Professional Development Officer, the Director works closely with the firm’s senior leadership and other vice presidencies to develop and operationalize the internal communications and employee experience strategy for all members of the firm. The Director also oversees a Senior Employee Experience Advisor and a Coordinator.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, and or employee experience in complex environments;
  • 3 to 5 years of team management experience with a mobilizing leadership style;
  • Excellent French writing skills and a strong ability to simplify complex issues;
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in demanding and transformational contexts;
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying engagement and employee experience strategies;
  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders (HR, leadership, managers);
  • Comfort with digital tools and collaborative platforms (MS Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint);
  • Knowledge of the legal sector or professional services environment, an asset;
  • Agency experience, an asset.
