The right fit

• Bachelor’s degree in management, labour relations, communications, law, health, or any other relevant field. A graduate degree in management is considered an asset;
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience (administration, finance, governance, human resources, etc.), ideally reporting directly to a board of directors;
• Knowledge of governance and management of non profit organizations;
• Experience in labour law and labour relations, including negotiation skills, considered an asset;
• Experience as a spokesperson and ease with all communication channels (strategic, political, media, relational, information technologies);
• Knowledge of Québec’s health and social services network;
• Experience in strategic planning;
• Experience in government relations and working with external partners;
• Experience in developing strategic partnerships;
• Experience managing a unionized team of more than 10 people.
