The role
The team is looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of an ambitious organization, in an environment where collaboration and exchange are paramount.
The right fit
- University degree in human resources or any other relevant training for the position
- At least 7 years of specific experience in talent management and employer branding
- Concrete achievements in implementing communication and recognition tools
- Experience in developing candidate search strategies and talent attraction
- Excellent proficiency in Office365 suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, index/match) and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Folks, Nethris, and/or Evolia systems is an asset
- Member of CRHA/CRIA order and other relevant certifications, a significant asset
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English
