Etalex is the result of the merger of three Quebec companies: Équipement Boni, Forma Fil, and Etalex. Employing over 550 workers across three factories located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Anjou, Etalex provides commercial layout and industrial storage solutions to the North American market since 1966. Their mission is to remain a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and implementation of high-quality commercial layout and industrial storage solutions for the North American market.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, the Senior Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for daily human resources management. They will provide advisory support in all human resources management activities, as well as training and support for local human resources stakeholders.
The right fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in human resources;
- Experience in labor relations;
- Achievements in talent development, occupational health and safety, recruitment, writing HR policies, labor relations, and/or training;
- Experience in creating and implementing processes to enhance employee retention and well-being;
- Experience in an advisory and coaching role with HR teams and managers;
- Experience in developing new human resources programs;
- Experience in HR within a unionized environment (an asset);
- Experience in multi-site environments (an asset).
