Genium360 is a non-profit organization that brings together the largest community of engineering graduates and students in Quebec. It offers advantageous commercial products and services while being dedicated to the personal and professional development of its members.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, Strategies and Operations, the incumbent contributes to the organization’s visibility by designing and developing marketing communication initiatives for members and the engineering ecosystem. In line with Genium360’s strategic planning, they advise management by developing integrated communication strategies. They support the entire project and service team, ensure the consistency and quality of communications, and ensure brand image is maintained. They oversee the work of external consultants responsible for managing social media, writing, and public relations, and work closely with the Marketing Communications Coordinator.

The Must-Haves

  • Undergraduate degree in communication;
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in communication;
  • Skills in developing and implementing communication strategies;
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • Comfortable in a changing and developing environment;
  • Knowledge of the engineering field (an asset).
