With a Master’s degree in International Business from Kozminski University (Warsaw, Poland), Sulayman has pursued an international career that took him from Warsaw to Paris before settling in Montreal.

His professional journey began in the French Army, where he gained management skills, discovered the importance of team cohesion, and developed a sense of solidarity.

After this experience, he returned to Poland to start his career in the information technology sector, playing a key role in developing the Eastern European market by acquiring new clients.

After working for 3 years as an account manager, first in Europe and then in Canada, he felt the need to focus more on mutual aid and human skills development. This led him to a new phase as a recruitment consultant.

Since January 2023, Sulayman has been leveraging all his knowledge and motivation at La Tête Chercheuse (LTC), where he finds the perfect balance between a sense of accomplishment, daily learning, and stimulating challenges.

His expertise is particularly utilized in recruiting senior management positions in the culture, tourism, and marketing sectors.
