An entrepreneur at heart and a strategic leader, Sophia Hoareau brings more than 15 years of experience in talent management, international mobility, and business development. After completing studies in immigration and business management at HEC Montréal, she began her career in a specialized agency before co founding Fleur de Lys Relocation Inc. in 2013, a company dedicated to the relocation and integration of foreign workers to help address labor shortages in Canada.

Under her leadership, the company experienced rapid growth and successfully completed a major seven figure acquisition. This achievement reflects her strong business acumen, leadership, and ability to build authentic, long lasting relationships with clients, grounded in trust and a deep understanding of their strategic challenges.

Today, Sophia brings her expertise to organizations as Director, Talent Management at La Tête Chercheuse. She favors a collaborative approach, guided by a strong work ethic and a commitment to creating value for her clients.

With experience as a Chief Executive Officer, she understands the strategic realities organizations face and knows how to establish trusted relationships with senior leaders and executive teams.
