Always passionate about the happiness and fulfillment of others, Chloé realized she wanted to assist people in taking on new challenges in their lives. This is how the recruitment field became a natural fit in her professional journey. Chloé specializes specifically in recruiting for human resources positions, as well as roles related to non-profit organizations (NPOs).

She is also a valuable asset to La Source à Talents by La tête chercheuse, a complementary offering that provides an effective solution for outsourcing recruitment mandates, thus facilitating the hiring process for non-management positions quickly and efficiently.
