Holder of a Master’s degree in Business Development Management with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, and Digital, she began her career in France in internal communication before transitioning to external communication and web content after arriving in Canada in 2018.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Alice has refined her sense of organization, management, and collaboration by working on project teams and using the agile method.

Simultaneously, she developed a growing interest in human resources, especially in recruitment. It was in January 2023 that she joined La Tête Chercheuse (LTC) as a Talent Management Project Manager.

Working closely with the recruitment team, she sees this opportunity as a chance to learn new skills and apply her expertise in a dynamic work environment.
