The Alesco Group is seeking its future Executive Manager for Alterfina, which offers financial solutions with the aim of being an alternative in personal finances and equipping its clients with healthy financial habits.
The role
As a , you will participate in defining strategic directions and be responsible for developing action plans to achieve business objectives. You will ensure the effective management of all human and financial resources of the company, as well as lead the company to new heights by revisiting the product range to meet the changing market needs.
The right fit
- University degree in marketing, administration, finance, or any other relevant field;
- 10 years or more of experience in general management (human resources, operations, IT, marketing, finance) in a company operating in the financial, technology, and/or e-commerce (B2C) sectors;
- Proven track record in product development (business planning, marketing, product life cycle, consumer journey, etc.) that has led to growth for a brand, service, and/or product;
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEM/SEO) and e-commerce;
- Experience in managing high-performing teams of employees including managers;
- Knowledge of the Fintech ecosystem is a strong asset.
