Over the past decades, she has served on several executive committees and boards of directors, developing expertise in organizational transformation, talent development, public relations, HR management, employee experience, engagement strategy, corporate culture, and CSR.

She previously held the role of Vice President of Communications, Culture, and CSR at ALDO Group, a multinational with operations across the globe. More recently, she served as Vice President of Talent and Culture for LCI Education Network, which is now present on five continents.
