A true passionate advocate for change and people, Flavie Tremblay has dedicated over 25 years of her professional life to shaping the future of human resources. She has held leadership roles across various industries, particularly within fast-growing companies, where she has contributed to organizational growth and success.

In addition to her HR career, Flavie co-founded a video game company, leveraging her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to explore new horizons.

Since January 2021, Flavie has embarked on a new professional journey as a professional coach. Her goal is to support professionals and managers in developing their leadership skills, enabling them to reach their full potential. Additionally, she plays a key role as a strategic business advisor for several Quebec-based SMEs, helping them grow and thrive.

Flavie brings a strong educational background, holding an MPO certification and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal. She is also a proud member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence.

Recently, Flavie expanded her skill set by completing a professional coaching program at Edgenda – International Mozaik and earned her ACC certification, recognized by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
