The role

Dermapure is looking for a Web Experience & Performance Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all website improvements and updates. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the digital ecosystem, optimizing performance, and maintaining a structured approach to continuous enhancements.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in website management and website project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage digital performance projects.
  • Experience leading web performance optimization initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong track record in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms and/or headless configurations (experience with multiple platforms is preferred).
  • Experience with Google Analytics (heatmaps, A/B testing tools, etc.).
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UX principles.
  • Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and best deployment practices.
