Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President, Marketing will play a strategic role within the executive team. As an ambassador of innovation, creativity, and brand excellence, this individual will lead in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. Inspired by industry standards, the successful candidate will drive the overall marketing strategy with a strong, distinctive, and coherent vision, while collaborating closely with other executive team members. The mandate also includes brand development and expansion across North American markets, particularly in the United States, as well as in Europe.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
Minimum of 10 years in strategic marketing roles, including at least 5 years of experience in the spirits, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods industries;
Proven team management experience;
Experience presenting to and actively participating in executive committees at a strategic level;
Demonstrated achievements in developing and implementing marketing plans that have directly driven sales results;
Proven track record in brand management and brand launches;
Experience creating and managing advertising campaigns (multiplatform);
Strong skills in performance analysis, continuous optimization, and campaign ROI calculations;
Experience managing large marketing budgets;
Experience working with and managing external partners/agencies in communications, advertising, digital, and media (traditional and digital);
Experience in public relations, events, partnerships, and sponsorships;
Demonstrated success in penetrating new markets (notably in the U.S. and Europe).
