The role

Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of Human Resources will play a key role in leading and shaping the organization’s HR strategy and operations, including projects, programs, and organizational culture.

With a strong background in implementing HR projects, labor relations, and organizational development, the VP will drive transformation initiatives across the company.

The right fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or other relevant field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role
Proven experience in HR management within an SME environment with unionized employees
Demonstrated success in HR strategic planning at the executive committee level
Proven experience in leading organizational change, particularly in establishing a strong and unified culture following acquisitions
CHRP/CRIA designation (an asset)
