The role

This position is responsible for developing Mongeau Pellerin’s corporate communications practice by creating a structured and credible offering that supports both clients and the team. The role includes designing concrete strategic plans, inspiring and strengthening the team’s skills, and positioning the firm as a recognized leader in its market while generating new business opportunities.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate communications, including strategy development and implementation, client projects, and strategic consulting;
  • Proven experience in drafting communications plans and strategic recommendations, with achievements in large corporations, SMEs, and/or non-profit organizations;
  • Experience in supporting senior management and executive committees, influencing strategic decisions;
  • Experience in business development and proven ability to generate new opportunities for the firm with existing and prospective clients;
  • Proven understanding of the impact of communication strategy and execution on business results and value creation;
  • Experience advising and influencing various stakeholders, including executives and executive committees, with courage and conviction;
  • Strong interest in strategic organizational development, corporate communications, and current events;
  • Experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring teammates;
  • Skills in work organization, complex project management, meeting deadlines, and managing client account/budget profitability.
