Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Content, will play a key leadership role within the marketing team.
This person will be responsible for shaping, evolving and ensuring the excellence and consistency of the brand’s positioning, identity and image across all relevant touchpoints and channels, throughout the clinic network. Through compelling storytelling, data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the patient journey, they will help strengthen brand affinity, engagement and conversion, supporting both new patient acquisition and loyalty among existing patients.
They will also lead the development of multichannel content strategies (including owned, paid and earned platforms) to position the brand as a trusted national authority in medical aesthetics.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (a master’s degree is an asset)
7 to 10 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing and integrated communications, ideally in B2C, beauty, wellness or healthcare (service-based company experience is an asset)
Proven experience in content strategy and execution, including the development and deployment of content series and editorial initiatives across multiple formats (video, animation, static) and channels
Ability to act as guardian of brand and content consistency, ensuring uniformity of tone, messaging and editorial intent (marketing, educational, inspirational)
Demonstrated ability to ensure smooth, cohesive communication among all stakeholders, including external agencies, marketing teams (digital and in-clinic/local marketing), and commercial teams
Experience working with external agencies, including rigorous budget management and the ability to brief, challenge and effectively evaluate creative concepts
Experience establishing, tracking and analyzing performance indicators related to content to understand what works for which audiences, on which channels, and in terms of messaging, formats and calls to action, with a view to continuously optimizing the content strategy
Experience staying up to date on content strategy trends, consumer behavior and industry innovations to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of strategies
Experience managing a direct team
