The role

Reporting to the Chair of the Group, the President & CEO will be responsible for defining and implementing the organization’s growth strategy, diversifying its portfolio of business units.

At the heart of this mandate are growth acceleration and value creation, notably through the implementation of automation technologies, the integration of artificial intelligence, and the strategic use of data.

The role also includes ensuring sustainability and institutionalization of operations, preparing the Group for potential financing opportunities.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or another relevant field.

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in strategic and financial management of a growth-oriented organization, ideally in fintech, banking, insurance, SaaS, or alternative industries.

  • Proven achievements in growth management through acquisitions, new market development (Canada), and/or diversification of service offerings.

  • Demonstrated experience leading an executive committee and managing a high-performing team.

  • Strong mastery of financial concepts (P&L management, financial statements, profitability and ROI, governance, compliance, and regulatory standards).

  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, leveraging technology as an organizational enabler (AI, automation, data management, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of governance dynamics with a Board of Directors and/or investors.

  • Experience in financing and/or real estate financing.

  • Experience in a highly regulated industry or environment is a strong asset.
