Founded in Montréal in 1957 by Ludmilla Chiriaeff, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens was born from her dream to offer audiences the very best in dance by creating Quebec’s first professional ballet company. Today, it has evolved into a renowned creative and production company dedicated to developing dance in all its forms, rooted in the discipline of classical ballet.
The company currently employs 46 Canadian and international dancers, along with a full orchestra of musicians. A pillar of Canada’s dance scene, Les Grands Ballets is based in the heart of Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles, in the Édifice Wilder – Espace Danse, which houses its creative studios, administrative offices, and costume workshop.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Sales and Communications, the Manager, Relationship Marketing, Sales and Data acts as a specialist responsible for overseeing the organization’s centralized customer databases, implementing relationship marketing campaigns, and developing loyalty programs that contribute to the company’s overall marketing objectives.
This person will supervise the Relationship and Web Marketing Coordinator and ensure the quality and consistency of all related deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience managing loyalty programs;
Experience designing cross-channel relationship marketing campaigns (social media, mobile, web, and direct);
Experience analyzing databases and measuring campaign performance;
Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP);
Familiarity with ticketing systems;
Knowledge of and/or interest in graphic software (Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
Fluency in French and English;
Agency experience, an asset.
