The role

As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies aimed at engaging and informing our employees, fostering a positive organizational culture, and aligning teams with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in internal communications, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of effective communication channels and tactics.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field;
  • Minimum of five years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content for various audiences;
  • Proven experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies and plans, including content creation, channel management, and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, email marketing software, and digital signage solutions;
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and propose new ideas to enhance internal communication effectiveness;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work;
  • Knowledge of employee engagement practices and methodologies, with the ability to apply them to improve internal communication efforts;
  • Experience with survey tools and data analysis to measure communication effectiveness and gather employee feedback
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint;
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
