Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator serves as the central operational support for all HR department activities. This person works closely with the HR Director, the HR Advisor, managers and candidates to ensure smooth and high-quality HR processes across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, management or any related field
Experience as a human resources generalist
Talent acquisition experience, from résumé screening to talent sourcing, managing the recruitment process, onboarding and integration
HR administration and operations experience, including employee services, health and safety files, HR data entry, drafting contracts and letters
Payroll coordination experience via Nethris
Comfortable with HR technology tools
Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
