The role

Reporting to the Co-Presidents, the Human Resources and Operational Process Optimization Specialist plays a key role in the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This person is responsible for all HR activities (recruitment, training, labour relations, occupational health and safety) and acts as a driver of continuous improvement to optimize operations and team effectiveness.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other relevant equivalent training or experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a human resources role, including the implementation and optimization of operational processes

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes that support operational efficiency and organizational performance (e.g., clear performance evaluation frameworks, defined salary scales, OHS plans, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operations, identify issues, and translate insights into concrete actions

  • Experience implementing, managing, or optimizing HR platforms (e.g., HR tools, online learning platforms, talent management systems)

  • Comfort with technology, analytics tools, and HR performance indicators

  • Operational experience in retail with point-of-sale systems (an asset)

  • Experience within an SME environment (an asset)

  • Experience with Agendrix (an asset)
