In a context filled with opportunities, the Key Account Manager – Amazon will act as the strategic leader responsible for driving the growth of Nespresso Canada’s e-commerce business on digital platforms such as Amazon and other key accounts.
This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, strong business acumen, and the ability to design strategies that maximize online sales and enhance the customer experience.
The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to foster continuous improvement across all digital channels.
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or another relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing major accounts, business partners, and/or commercial accounts, with a proven track record of direct relationships with online-only retailers (Amazon) and digital retailers.
Experience in digital marketing and strong understanding of e-commerce consumer trends and behaviors.
Experience in product distribution through third-party seller (3P) models on marketplaces.
Proven project and time management skills, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports and statistical data to identify issues, opportunities, and trends, and to develop actionable solutions.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with presentation expertise in both small and large audiences.
Bilingualism (French and English) required, as this role involves collaboration with stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
Relevant experience in the consumer packaged goods industry or in home appliances is considered an asset.
