The role

In a context filled with opportunities, the Head of Digital Retail will be the strategic leader responsible for driving the growth of Nespresso Canada’s e-retail business across digital platforms such as Amazon and other key accounts.

This individual will lead the digital retail team within the e-commerce department. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the e-retail landscape, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop strategies that maximize online sales and enhance the customer experience.

The Head of Digital Retail will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement across all digital channels.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, finance, or economics;

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a large CPG, retail, or digital company;

  • Team management experience;

  • Deep knowledge of the e-retail landscape, with strong expertise in Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, etc.);

  • Proven track record in managing an e-commerce platform and developing and executing digital marketing strategies that delivered sales growth (via direct or brick-and-mortar channels);

  • Mastery of online growth strategies, including digital shelf management;

  • Experience with paid media (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, etc.);

  • Strong project management skills with experience in strategic planning and execution;

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports and statistical data to identify problems, opportunities, or trends, and develop effective solutions.
