This is a hotel located in Montreal, featuring several restaurants and a passionate team dedicated to excellence and creating memorable experiences in an elegant and welcoming setting.
Reporting to the hotel’s General Manager, you will oversee and lead the operations of the restaurants, banquets, and room service. By implementing and maintaining a philosophy of exemplary service and leadership, you will guide the staff toward excellence. Your main responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and supervising the work of the food and beverage team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Educational background in hospitality, restaurant management, business, or a related field
5 to 7 years of experience in food & beverage management, ideally overseeing multiple operational units within the hotel sector
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and a solid understanding of food and beverage cost control
Proven experience managing a multidisciplinary team
Human resources management experience (talent development, retention and acquisition, team engagement, etc.)
