The role

Under the supervision of the VP, Technology and Innovation, IT Director will be responsible to execute technology and innovation strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory frameworks.

This is a key role that will contribute directly to the company’s technological evolution and operational excellence, while supporting business growth and resilience.

The right fit

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in senior leadership overseeing technology infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and leading IT teams.
Proven experience developing and executing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
Experience managing and negotiating with third-party vendors and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
Microsoft Certified Solutions (MSCA, MSCD, MSCE), CISSP or CISM, ITIL Foundation certifications considered an asset.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Bilingualism (English/French) preferred; fluency in an additional language required for North American interactions.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation is an asset.
