The role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Sales is responsible for the performance, structure, and profitability of Synovatec’s sales team. This role oversees business development, the leadership of both internal and external sales teams, and the achievement of growth objectives aligned with the company’s strategy.

The right fit
  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience in the technology or managed services (MSP) sector, including significant experience in business development

  • Proven experience managing teams in an SME environment, including coaching and developing sales representatives

  • Strong understanding of the IT market, MSP/CSP business models, and challenges related to cybersecurity and modern infrastructures

  • Demonstrated ability to educate clients on complex technological concepts and translate them into clear business benefits

  • Ability to drive strategy using data-driven insights

  • Strong aptitude for building bridges between sales, technical teams, human resources, and operations to ensure organizational alignment

  • Inspiring leadership style that fosters collaboration, accountability, and team cohesion
