Its leadership team has extensive experience in structuring and developing international software companies, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer success.

Mondata provides cybersecurity services and SaaS solutions and is at a pivotal stage of its growth, marked by expansion into key international markets including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

The role

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Communications will be responsible for defining and implementing Mondata’s communication strategy, driving engagement, and raising global awareness of its cybersecurity solutions.

This person will lead the development and execution of a high-impact communication strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and credibility, building strong connections with target audiences, and fostering a high level of engagement.

Working closely with internal experts and external analysts, the Director will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible, high-value content for a variety of audiences — including prospects, clients, users, partners, analysts, media, and employees.

The right fit
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, and content creation;

  • Strong background in content strategy and storytelling, with the ability to simplify complex subjects;

  • Proven ability to design and execute an integrated communication strategy, from planning to implementation;

  • Experience managing social media using specialized platforms;

  • Experience in B2B or technology environments;

  • Experience in SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity is a significant asset;

  • Bilingualism in English and French (fluency in English required for North American audiences).
