The mandate of the Director of Client Services and Communication Strategies is to ensure the development of an offering tailored to the diverse clienteles of the Parc, while leading a strategic shift in communication and marketing.
This role also seeks to maximize client experience, foster client development and loyalty, and enhance the visibility of the organization. It oversees the integrated management of programming, user services, rental and sports facilities, communications, stakeholder relations, and customer service.
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, etc.);
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 in a leadership role;
5+ years of experience in a managerial position;
Experience in developing and implementing public relations strategies;
Experience managing institutional and public events, including planning, logistical coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic dissemination of high-impact project messaging;
Customer service experience with a strong focus on delivering an excellent visitor or client experience;
Experience in developing service offerings and enhancing event programming;
Skills in managing commercial spaces and optimizing the customer experience;
Proficiency with digital tools, awareness campaigns, and media relations;
Strong knowledge of the political ecosystem and experience in a municipal or para-municipal context (a significant asset).
