The role

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and reviewing all accounting activities on site. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting accounting research and audits, client invoicing, credit and collections management, as well as monitoring systems, operational procedures, and control mechanisms.

The right fit

Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience managing a team and/or a demonstrated interest in team leadership
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
Experience with full payroll processing (knowledge of ADP and/or Dayforce is an asset)
Accounting certification is an asset
Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
Ability to communicate in both French and English
