Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or other relevant training;
Minimum of 5 years in a creative leadership role within a retail environment, for a total of approximately 15 years of creative experience;
Proven mastery of omnichannel creative strategies and large-scale deployment;
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating stylistic diversity and high-level execution;
Exemplary rigor and strong attention to detail;
Solid expertise in both digital and print design;
Advanced skills in storytelling, layout, graphic design, and typography;
Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Mac-based creative tools;
Proven ability to work under pressure with strong prioritization skills and schedule flexibility;
Demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced, evolving environments.
