Reporting directly to the Associate Vice-President of Corporate Communications and Sustainability, the incumbent will play an important coordination and support role within the team.
The individual will actively contribute to the drafting, editing, and ensuring the consistency of operational communications. He or she will also assume various administrative responsibilities related to file tracking, document preparation, and will participate in the coordination of several projects, including updates to the organization’s websites.
The role is designed to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with organizational needs, while respecting priorities and maintaining the organization’s high standards.
University degree in administration, communications, political science, or a related field, or relevant professional experience for the role;
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience working within a publicly traded company is a strong asset;
Bilingual (spoken and written), with excellent English writing and proofreading skills;
Ability to perform well under pressure during busy periods and to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools;
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player;
Sound judgment and practical mindset;
High level of efficiency, proactivity, organizational skills, discipline, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly;
The incumbent must also be available to work overtime during peak periods (quarter-end, annual general meeting, etc.).
