The role

Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President, Corporate Communications and Sustainability, the incumbent will play a key role in promoting corporate and sustainability initiatives. The position involves coordinating strategic projects, drafting and editing key communications, and ensuring effective collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

The right fit
  • University degree in Administration, Communications, Political Science, or a related field, or relevant professional experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience working within a publicly traded company is a strong asset

  • Bilingual (spoken and written), with excellent writing and proofreading skills in English

  • Ability to manage stress during peak periods and to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player

  • Sound judgment and strong practical sense

  • High level of efficiency, proactivity, organizational skills, discipline, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly

  • Availability to work overtime during peak periods (quarter-end closings, annual shareholders’ meetings, etc.)
