The role

Reporting to the Senior General Director, you will be responsible for managing reception and office administration at Novacap. You will also ensure the maintenance of strong relationships with partners.

The right fit
  • Secretarial training or college diploma in administration (any equivalent experience will be considered);
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an executive or senior assistant;
  • Strong experience in calendar management and meeting coordination;
  • Experience in document preparation, report writing, and presentation organization;
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Teams, with excellent command of Word and Excel;
  • Experience in planning and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to track timelines and ensure deliverables are met;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (bilingualism required);
  • Previous experience in finance or investment management is an asset;
  • Familiarity with SharePoint platforms is an asset.
