The Québec team plays a strategic role within the organization, contributing to cultural relevance, the adaptation of national campaigns, and the development of trusted relationships with major clients such as Desjardins, Lassonde, and Smartskin.
Reporting to the General Management team, the Québec Account Director serves as the central point of contact in client relationships and is responsible for the overall health of accounts and the success of mandates in Québec. The ideal candidate is an autonomous, strategic, and structured leader with a natural talent for client relationships and the ability to excel in a multidimensional role.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or another relevant field;
Minimum of 8 years of experience in an agency or marketing environment, including major account management and strategy development;
Proven experience managing complex client relationships in an agency setting;
Demonstrated experience in developing integrated strategies;
Strong project management experience;
Proven track record in developing marketing plans and managing project deployment;
Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary coordination (strategy, creative, media, PR);
Proven experience in budget management, scopes, forecasting, and billing;
Strong understanding of Québec culture, bilingualism (French and English), and knowledge of local brand dynamics;
Excellent writing and communication skills: presentations, pitches, post-mortems, etc.
