Alice Henrottay
Project Manager, Talent Management
With a Master’s degree in Business Development Management, specializing in marketing, communication and digital, Alice first worked in internal communications in France, then moved on to external communications and web content when she arrived in Canada.
Through her studies and professional experiences, Alice learned to sharpen her sense of organization, management and collaboration by working in project teams and using agile methods.
At the same time, she developed an interest in human resources and more specifically in recruitment. In January 2023, she joined La tête chercheuse as a Project Manager in Talent Management. She realized that it was an opportunity to keep learning and to put her expertise to good use in a very dynamic environment.
