Annie Trotier, B.A.A., CPHR, RCC

As a Registered Corporate Coach^TM, Annie uses a developmental approach that takes its source to understand her client’s business challenges. Her coaching style reflects her close to twenty-five (25) years of experience in business management, team, and human resources management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is a Chartered human resource professional, member of her HR professional association.

Through the years, she held many HR leadership roles in medium and large organizations, namely as a member of management teams. She also had the privilege to lead and participate in many high-visibility projects in organizations such as Bombardier Aerospace and Groupe Marcelle.

As an experienced leader, manager and coach, Annie believes that leadership development is a solid catalyst for organizational growth. Through her experience as a senior team member, leadership challenges genuinely resonate with her, allowing her to help her partners develop different perspectives and action plans.

With a solution-driven mindset and an active listening approach to her partners’ and clients’ needs, she finds ways to connect deeply and tackle real challenges while always having their best interest and development at heart.
