With a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Kozminski (Warsaw, Poland), Sulayman embarked on an international career, moving from Warsaw to Paris and finally to Montreal.
His career began with a stay in the French Army where he learned the rudiments of management, the benefits of team building and solidarity. After his experience in the French forces, he returned to Poland to start his career in the IT field where he was in charge of developing the Eastern European market by acquiring new clients.
After 3 years as an account manager in Europe and Canada, he felt the need to focus more of his time and energy on helping others and developing human skills. He then started a new position as a Recruitment Consultant.
Since January 2023, Sulayman has put all of his knowledge and motivation to work at La tête chercheuse, where he finds the perfect balance between a sense of accomplishment, daily learning and stimulating challenges.
In my job, I love Identifying candidates' strengths, learning more about their passions and having an impact on their professional happiness.
