Julien Cohen-Azari

Head, La Source à talents

Originally from France, Julien discovered Montreal for the first time during his university studies in 2009, when he enrolled in the Arts and Sciences program at Université de Montréal. A sportsman at heart, he took the opportunity to join the Carabins soccer team, which he played on throughout his studies. In 2018, Julien returned to Canada as a young father, intending to establish himself professionally. His atypical academic background – a happy mix of sociology, entrepreneurship, human resources, event management and journalism (to those interested: he hosts a soccer-themed podcast on KANFC every Monday night!) – makes him an outstanding head-hunter, both intelligent and human.

For the past seven years, Julien has been working in various branches of the human resources sector. A real jack-of-all-trades, he has been involved in recruitment, training, personnel and business management within several company structures, ranging from multinationals to start-ups, including SMEs.

This rich background allows him today to understand the HR issues and problems of different companies in various sectors and set up efficient recruitment processes, enabling his clients to reach their objectives.

Discussing, meeting, exploring, reflecting and accompanying companies and candidates to meet and go a long way together.

The quality i admire in others

We would never guess that

I love proverbs.

Me in two words

Optimistic and tolerant.
