This high mobility poses an additional challenge for companies, although 70% of surveyed young professionals have no intention of leaving their job within the next year.<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>2 \u2013 Preference for SMEs Over Large Companies<\/h5>\n<p>30% of young professionals want to join a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME), compared to 20% who prefer large corporations. This trend is driven by flatter organizational structures, which provide greater autonomy and more involvement in decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>3 \u2013 Mental Health: A Growing Concern<\/h5>\n<p>40% of employers have implemented mental health initiatives, with 90% of employees benefiting from them. However, 55% of young professionals believe companies should do more in this area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>4 \u2013 Customizing Work Conditions<\/h5>\n<p>With the diverse expectations of Millennials and Gen Z, employers must adapt their approaches\u2014four-day workweeks, hybrid remote work, flexible schedules\u2026 But how far will this personalization go?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>5 \u2013 Remote Work and Mental Health: A Delicate Balance<\/h5>\n<p>55% of young employees would consider quitting their job if remote work became more restrictive.
