A higher education institution decided to create an executive management position dedicated to communications\u2014a strategic role overseeing several departments, including student relations.<\/p>\n

  • Assist a multi-representative committee in recruiting a new executive leader, despite the absence of an established profile already within the institution;<\/li>\n
