Its mission is to support families and foster their autonomy, inclusion, and participation in community life. The organization primarily supports families facing various situations of vulnerability and currently serves more than 400 families.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">BAAF offers a wide range of services and activities, including individual and group support, respite care, French-language learning programs, collective kitchens, homework assistance, activities for children, peer support groups, and various initiatives designed to promote social connection and empowerment.<\/p>\n","the_role":"<p class=\"p1\">Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director oversees the overall management and development of BAAF.
