Our goal is to position Scholars, Fellows, and Mentors to make a meaningful impact in their communities, institutions, and beyond.<\/p>\n","the_role":"<p class=\"p1\">Reporting to the Director of Programs, the incumbent will be responsible for the selection processes for the Foundation\u2019s three programs: Scholarship, Fellowship, and Mentorship. The Selection Process Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to these processes, ensuring that they are efficient, fair, and compliant with the Foundation\u2019s policies.
