He first spent two years as a Senior Consultant, where he distinguished himself through his ability to lead complex mandates and build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients. Since 2023, in his role as Director, Talent Management, he has been advising public, private, and non-profit organizations on strategic recruitment, leadership, and governance matters.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>He works closely with executive directors, boards of directors, and leadership teams to help build high-performing, aligned, and sustainable organizations.
