Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, the Director of Intervention Services plays a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the organization. They are responsible for the overall direction, consistency, performance, and ongoing development of all intervention services provided to youth. From a clinical perspective, they are accountable for the quality, oversight, and continuous advancement of professional practices across the organization. As a strategic leader, they empower management and intervention teams, support decision-making in complex situations, and ensure alignment between professional practices, operational priorities, and the organization\u2019s strategic direction.<\/p>\n
The Director of Intervention Services provides cross-functional leadership across all youth intervention programs and services. They oversee a team of approximately 75 employees, including 10 managers and 3 professionals reporting directly to them. As a member of the executive leadership team, they contribute to the organization\u2019s strategic direction, priorities, and key decisions through active participation in executive committee meetings and regular meetings of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n","essential_criteria":"

Laure Broisin joined La t\u00eate chercheuse as Director of Talent Acquisition in 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience and proven expertise in international sales and marketing, as well as business management in the beauty sector, both in Europe and North America.
Her first foray into marketing and sales took place in Geneva, within the Central Europe division of Air France. Later, she was commissioned by the Clarins Group to create their marketing department for their European Travel Retail division. She then moved to North America, New York, taking on executive roles for Groupe Batteur USA and Fusion Brands.
Laure also successfully led the international divisions of Solazym (a biotechnology company) and Basic Research, focusing on sales in both North American markets and working with global retailers such as Sephora, department store chains, and major duty-free operators worldwide and international distributors.
In 2014, she founded her own distribution company in Quebec, specializing in French products, which she later sold with her partner after a few years. Her extensive international experience then led her to Trudeau Corp, where she headed the international sales division.
Laure is fluent in French and English, speaks Spanish and Italian, and is passionate about cooking and hockey.
