Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director, Talent, Culture, Environment and Society will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic directions and objectives aimed at fostering a thriving, sustainable and socially responsible work environment, while cultivating an organizational culture aligned with Polytechnique Montr\u00e9al\u2019s values.<\/p>\n
Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, the Director will support functional leaders and departments, alongside their teams, in developing coherent initiatives that promote an engaging organizational culture, strengthen employees\u2019 sense of belonging and maximize individual contributions. The incumbent will oversee the integration of recognized practices in health and wellness, occupational health and safety, sustainability, as well as equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).<\/p>\n
The Director will also play a key role in supporting the development and evolution of the faculty journey by implementing structured practices that foster engagement, professional growth and meaningful contributions to the institution\u2019s academic mission.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying comprehensive talent and organizational culture strategies, while also providing targeted support to academic and administrative units. This will be achieved through a strong focus on alignment across initiatives and compliance with institutional policies.<\/p>\n
