Reporting to the VP, Solutions and Projects, the Director, Estimation is responsible for the management and performance of the estimation process. The role includes supervising and mentoring a team of estimators, planning and prioritizing bids based on business opportunities, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.<\/p>\n
The Director also acts as a technical expert by validating concepts, materials, and cost assumptions, while taking ownership of the most complex or strategic projects.
