It offers a wide range of services tailored to women\u2019s needs, based on a holistic approach.<\/p>\n","the_role":"<p class=\"p1\">In alignment with the mission, values, and strategic directions of the Centre des femmes de Montr\u00e9al, and under the supervision of the Director of Frontline Services, the Assistant Director is responsible for managing operations and human resources within the assigned service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This role involves developing strategies and approaches to ensure the optimal functioning of the service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The frontline services team supports women facing a variety of challenges, including poverty, violence, psychological distress, and integration difficulties among newcomers and Indigenous women in urban settings. She played a key role in the creation, execution, and promotion of various shows and festivals.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Her experience at Transat, starting in 2015, led her to oversee international marketing before taking on the role of Brand Lead, Onboard Experience.
